Artist Statement

For this project, we were asked to pick a plastic animal and then carve two pieces of soap in the shape of that animal. I choose a tiger as my animal for my soap carving. The soap that was used for this project was bought at Marshalls. It is a specialty soap that is thick and easily used for craving.
